Homework Discussion
We decided that 4.62 is a tough problem.
Problem 4.74 is an application of Bayes' Theorem. You did not need to use the formula to solve the problem, but we went the extra step in class.
4.66 might look like a Venn diagram problem, but the three levels of education make a table a better idea.
We concluded the day with a preview of coming topics. The details were sketchy enough to be confusing if you tried to use them to study for an exam so they do not appear here.
